Our interview process typically follows these steps:
MISO practices a behavioral-based interview approach to focus on how you’ve performed in prior situations. Initial interviews may be conducted via phone or Microsoft Teams.
After you apply, look for an email confirmation acknowledging your submission.
If you’re a match for the role, you will be contacted by a recruiter for next steps. If you’re not a match, don’t give up! New opportunities are always opening.
